To redeem your gift-certificate, simply enter the CERTIFICATE number - The Date issued - and Purchaser's name in the "INSTRUCTIONS" area when you complete this form to upload the pet photo that you wish to turn into a pet portrait. Don't forget to reference which style of portrait you wish to have. Just enter the name located under the image you like.
Please upload the clearest photo you have at the highest resolution possible.
If you don't have a digital photo to upload, you can have your photo digitized at most photo stores.
When digitizing your photo, make sure to mention that you need the highest resolution possible (a minimum 300 dpi at a size of 5" x 7")

If the amount of the gift certificate is less than the final cost of the portrait style you wish to order, you will be invoiced the difference once you have approved the preliminary proofs of your pet portrait request. |
