To redeem your gift-certificate, simply:
1. Complete this form and enter the CERTIFICATE number - The Date Purchased - and the Name of Recipient that is on your GIFT CERTIFICATE in the "INSTRUCTIONS" area .

Don't forget to select which style of portrait you wish to have (Traditional, Pop Art, Funny). If there is a particular portrait on my site that you like and would like me to emulate - mention it.
3. Please upload the clearest photo you have at the highest resolution possible.
If you don't have a digital photo to upload, you can have your photo digitized at most photo stores.
When digitizing your photo, make sure to mention that you need the highest resolution possible (a minimum 300 dpi at a size of 5" x 7")

If the amount of the gift certificate is less than the final cost of the portrait style you wish to order, you will be invoiced the difference once you have approved the preliminary proofs of your pet portrait request. To see a price list of the various sizes please click here. |
